WELCOME
Sunday Morning 10:30am Infant-5th Grade
Wednesday night 6-7:30pm ages 3 thru 6th grade
We are so excited to partner with your family. When you drop your child off during our services, they experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they’ll have fun and discover Jesus. Your kids will sing worship songs, learn biblical truths, and engage in fun activities. We build everything around your child to show them God's love! Our Kids team is committed to providing an environment that is safe, clean, and fun for your children while you enjoy your service.
Safety
Safety is a top priority and we do not take that lightly. When you drop your child off you can rest assured that your child is safe. We have a check-in system with parent identification tags, trained security officers throughout the facility, and team members who have all passed a comprehensive background check.

Care
One way that we teach children about Jesus is by showing them through the way we care about them. Children will be cared for and enjoy our ministries designed to capture their attention, and teach them who God is and why He loves them. Our goal is to make Sunday and Wednesday nights your child's favorite days of the week!

Fun
We believe that learning about Jesus should be fun! Our goal is to create an environment that is safe, engaging, and FUN!
Our Kid's team is prepared and ready to meet your children and celebrate together. Whether it is thru games, crafts, worship, stories and videos your child is no doubt going to be leading the charge to come to church every week!

DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH OUR KIDS WHILE THEY ARE IN THE NURSERY?
Nope! You won’t need to bring anything! However, if your child takes a bottle or has a special cup they prefer those LABELED items are welcome! If you have a diaper bag with a change of clothes and some spare diapers, or that special snuggy they love so much we welcome those items. We will print you an extra label at check in to put on your diaper bag so we make sure whatever you bring in goes home with you!
DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH OUR KIDS WHILE THEY ARE IN PRESCHOOL SERVICES?

However, if your child has any special item that would make their time in Crossroads Kids even more valuable we welcome those items. Please label anything sent in with your child so we make sure those treasured items make it back home with the right family!
CAN I BRING A SNACK FROM HOME FOR MY CHILD TO ENJOY?
If your child has allergies that would prohibit them from enjoying the provided snack you may bring one from home as long as it is nut free.

Kid's Church Policies
Bathroom & Changing Policy
- There are no adults in the restrooms with children, except under exceptional circumstances, such as an accident. Under this circumstance, you must be a female accompanied by another female leader.
- Only females over the age of 16 are permitted to change diapers or assist in the restroom
- We will never change a child’s diaper without obtaining permission from the parent. All parents will be asked during initial check-in if they would like to be called for diaper/bathroom assistance.
- Diaper changing must occur on the changing table and always with another female serve team member in the room
Crying & Photo Policy
Crying: Crossroads Kids understands that sometimes it can be hard for a baby or toddler to leave their parents so we will allow a child to cry for a MAXIMUM of 10 minutes before paging the parents.
If you feel that is too long, or not long enough please specify at check-in. Every child is different! We have been there, and we understand!
Photos: Crossroads Kids team members will not take, post or distribute any photo of your child without your prior written permission.

Discipline Polices
Discipline: It is the heart of our children’s ministry to make every effort possible to ensure the safety and well-being of every child and volunteer that is in our area. There can be occasions where some children have a difficult time adjusting to a classroom environment.
Our team will use corrective guidance when handling an incident. This includes positive verbal correction and affirmation when the child exhibits good behavior. Our team will avoid using words or tones of voice that may frighten a child or may make them feel shameful. While in our care, we will never send a child to the corner, place them in time-out, or physically discipline — spanking or hand popping, etc.
If children continue to disobey, we will separate them. Any instances of “foul language†or physical altercations with other children or leaders will result in immediately contacting parents to pick up the child.
