As the Lead Pastor of Calvary Crossroads, Jay provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. He has been the lead pastor at Calvary Crossroads for 30 years. When asked what he loves about being on our team, he said " I enjoy everyone's energy and passion. I am honored to be part of leading our church and our amazing staff. We are a family. I am greatly fulfilled by the ministry we get to be a part of."
