Week 2: Noahic Covenant

Like the Abrahamic Covenant we discussed last week, the Noahic Covenant was/is Unconditional. There was/is nothing humans had/have to do to keep it in force; it is all God.

The Noahic Covenant is essentially a Promise (unilateral covenant) of Faithfulness. In other words, He promised never to destroy the world & its inhabitants by a flood, and the rainbow was His witness to Himself to remind Him.

It is another amazing display of God's unconditional love for humanity.
